Lead the Way as a Multi-Site Guest Service Team Leader with Room Expertise

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Relations: Foster strong relationships with guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Professional Techniques/Production: Develop and implement effective strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Talent & Culture Responsibilities: Lead and motivate team members to achieve exceptional service standards.
  • Commercial/Sales: Drive revenue growth through effective sales and marketing strategies.
  • Management and Administration: Oversee daily operations, ensuring seamless execution of tasks and responsibilities.
  • Hygiene/Personal Safety/Environment: Maintain a safe and healthy work environment, adhering to company standards and regulations.
  • Food and Beverage Service: Ensure high-quality food and beverage service, adhering to company standards and regulations.
  • Team Collaboration: Foster strong relationships with other hotel departments and teams, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Additional Responsibilities: Perform other duties as assigned by the reporting manager.

Requirements:

  • Previous Customer Service Experience: Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Guest-Oriented Service Minded: Strong focus on providing exceptional guest experiences.
