To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• A proven track record as a Senior Merchandise Coordinator or similar position.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
• In-depth knowledge of fashion trends, market analysis, and product development.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a commercial acumen.
