We are seeking a Construction Innovation Specialist to join our Build Team in the North West Region.

This full-time, permanent role offers an attractive salary of approximately £40,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement digital construction standards and innovative software applications like Drone Deploy across our Manchester and Liverpool sites.
  • Upskill site teams, serve as a point of contact for digital queries, and ensure effective use of the Common Data Environment (CDE) adhering to ISO 19650.
  • Contribute to monthly reports identifying and measuring digital implementation and maturity within relevant projects.
  • Support awareness and profile of digital implementation within project functional departments, including estimating, design management, building services, commercial, planning, operational, and SHEQ.

Requirements:

  • A sound understanding of the ISO 19650 series of documents.
  • Awareness of open BIM standards such as IFC and COBie to support information interoperability.
  • Understanding and experience of appropriate software tools to view and interrogate models.
  • Good skills in standard Microsoft Office 365.
  • A valid driving license.
