Job Description

As a Supervisory Counselor with Coordinated Care Services, Inc., you will play a crucial role in providing therapeutic crisis intervention services for youth and families. This is a unique opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients.

About the Role
The successful candidate will have a Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution and be a certified Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) in New York State. You will be responsible for ensuring compliance with federal and state laws and regulations and attending staff meetings and in-service training as required.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide crisis prevention and intervention services for youth and families.
  • Deliver individual counseling, small group counseling, and parent education and training as prescribed by each student's IEP.
  • Collaborate and communicate with youth and families on an ongoing basis to maximize their leadership and involvement in the school placement and all services therein.
  • Act as an advocate and liaison for the student and the family as they interface with their school district and/or other community resources and services.

Estimated Salary
$62,500 - $82,500 per annum, commensurate with education and experience.
