Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate communication across the organization, involving customers, suppliers, and subcontractors like shipping lines, hauliers, and depots, ensuring seamless operations.
  • Track shipments for Imports and monitor vessel arrivals to anticipate logistics and scheduling requirements.
  • Review supplier invoices for accuracy and address discrepancies as necessary.
  • Manage internal files to uphold organizational efficiency and document control.
  • Generate invoices to guarantee precise billing and financial documentation.
  • Coordinate collections and deliveries, prioritizing adherence to customer deadlines for optimal satisfaction.

Required Skills:

  • Prior experience in the Freight Forwarding sector.
  • Proficiency in software applications like CNS, Multi Freight, or Destin8.
  • Strong communication abilities.
  • Proficient in MS Office.
  • Keen attention to detail.
