We have an exciting opportunity for a COO Business Risk Manager to join our team at M&G plc. As a key member of the Risk, Controls and Governance team, you will work closely with our businesses to identify and manage risks and ensure robust risk mitigation and remediation strategies are in place.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting the identification and management of conflicts of interest and mitigating actions/controls with the Conflict Owner
  • Monitoring risk and control environment, e.g. MI across risk types, KRIs, RAS and STIP metric monitoring

We offer a competitive salary of approximately £85,000 per annum, depending on experience, and a comprehensive benefits package including a pension scheme, life insurance, and 25 days' annual leave.
