About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled professional to join our team as the Director of Community Engagement. This is an exciting opportunity to lead our community services and develop a stable and effective leadership and management team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive community engagement strategy to build strong relationships with local communities and stakeholders.
  • Lead a team of community outreach coordinators to deliver community-based services and programs.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment with the Trust's strategic objectives.
  • Develop and manage budgets to ensure effective resource allocation.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of community engagement initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Senior experience in a community engagement or outreach role.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful community engagement strategies.
  • Excellent leadership and management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
