About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lifeguard to join our team at Center Parcs. As a Lifeguard, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and well-being of our guests in the Subtropical Swimming Paradise.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive experience for our guests
  • Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and safety of the pool area
  • Respond to emergencies and incidents in a calm and professional manner
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a smooth and efficient operation
Requirements
  • RLSS Pool Lifeguard / NARS Qualification
  • Ability to communicate effectively with people from all walks of life
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure
  • Friendly, genuine, and warm towards guests and colleagues
