About the Job:

DMS seeks an experienced AWS Cloud Infrastructure Protection Engineer to lead the design and implementation of secure cloud infrastructures on AWS.

Main Tasks:

  • Design and implement secure cloud architectures on AWS.
  • Develop and evaluate cloud security solutions to protect systems, databases, and networks.
  • Lead log monitoring and vulnerability assessments to identify security threats and incidents.
  • Drive the implementation of the company's security policies, procedures, and standards for cloud environments.
  • Create comprehensive security reports for cloud-based applications and infrastructure.
  • Test and implement network and security disaster recovery procedures to ensure business continuity.
  • Manage sensitive data usage and access to safeguard information.
  • Ensure data confidentiality and integrity during transmission, storage, and processing.
  • Analyze and address security procedure breaches with employees.
  • Support end users with network and security-related queries.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Information Security or a related field.
  • Minimum 1 year working experience in Information Security with a focus on Cloud Security.
  • In-depth knowledge of Amazon Web Services (AWS).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Azure and Oracle Cloud is advantageous.
  • Practical experience with AWS services like IAM, Organizations, SSO, VPC, Transit Gateway, S3, EC2, RDS, ELB, CloudTrail, Config, Inspector, GuardDuty, WAF, etc.
  • Experience with cloud application deployment (AWS, Azure, etc.).
  • Container security skills are beneficial.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision and collaborate effectively within a team.
  • Ongoing professional development and international training opportunities.

Salary and Benefits:

The estimated salary for this position is $100,000 per annum, dependent on location. Additional benefits include a meal allowance and ongoing professional development opportunities.
