Responsibilities
  • Coordinate with clients, customs agents, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient cargo handling.
  • Prepare and manage documentation for export, import, and customs clearance processes.
  • Monitor and track cargo movement to guarantee proper delivery and compliance with regulations.
  • Manage billing and cost information in TMF systems for accurate invoicing and job costing.
  • Communicate with customers regarding freight status, tracking, routing, and rate quotations.
  • Collaborate with company branches and agents to ensure customer satisfaction and excellent service execution.
  • Pursue the most profitable shipment modes while meeting customer requirements.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • DNI (Days to Notice Inventory) adherence
  • LNR (Lost or Not Received) rates
  • Cost accuracy
  • ROTP (Rate of Transit Performed) metrics
Requirements
  • Strong knowledge of import and export regulations, governance, and documentation procedures.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
Physical Requirements
