As a shop manager, you'll be commercially aware, motivating your team, and creating a safe and energized work environment.

You'll have high standards, a strong drive to achieve results, and be accountable for your business.

The role is empowered, varied, busy, and gives you the chance to work with amazing people.

You'll be the only paid member of staff in some shops, but you're comfortable working with volunteers and delegating tasks effectively.

Excellent communication skills are essential, as well as being creative and always looking for opportunities to attract new supporters.

Please note: this role is a job share.

Oxfam operates a volunteer operating model, where volunteers take on most tasks within the shop, including running the shop in your absence.

This role requires excellent leadership skills, commercial awareness, and the ability to motivate and empower your team.

Salary: £25,000 - £35,000 per year, depending on experience and location.
