Senior Defense Attorney

At Ignite Talent Solutions, we are seeking a highly skilled Senior Defense Attorney to join our team. As an Associate Criminal Defense Lawyer with at least 2+ years of experience, you will be responsible for providing legal counsel and guidance to clients. Your responsibilities will include conducting legal research and analysis on various legal issues, drafting legal documents such as pleadings, motions, briefs, and contracts, and maintaining accurate and up-to-date case files.

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience. To qualify for this role, candidates must hold a license to practice law in Ontario and be in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario. Candidates should have two to five years of experience in criminal law, with experience in impaired driving cases being an asset. Strong advocacy and courtroom skills are essential, along with a thorough understanding and expertise in criminal defense matters, including charges, trials, and pleas.
