Children's Residential Support Worker

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Residential Team Leader to join our team at one of our children's homes. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our young people.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead by example and demonstrate a commitment to providing exceptional care and support to our young people.
  • Work collaboratively with the Deputy Manager and Registered Manager to implement the Statement of Purpose and ensure the smooth running of the home.
  • Supervise and support colleagues in their development, promoting a positive and inclusive team culture.
  • Ensure the safety and well-being of our young people at all times, adhering to Ofsted regulations and company policies.
  • Participate in various meetings and appointments, providing updates and insights to inform decision-making.

Requirements:

  • 21 years of age or older, due to Ofsted regulations.
  • Driving is preferred, although not essential, depending on the location of the home.
