Key Responsibilities

As an Employee Relations Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing expert guidance and support to employees and managers globally. This includes:

  • Providing advice on employee relations queries and resolving any issues that may arise
  • Aiding in the management of on-boarding and off-boarding processes, including preparation of contracts and coordination of pre-employment screening
  • Ensuring that all processes and policies are 'fit for purpose' in line with best practice standards

You will work closely with the Head of HR to achieve these objectives and ensure that the employee lifecycle is supported effectively.

The salary for this role is up to £40,000, and you will work on-site 4 – 5 days per week. You will also have access to training and development opportunities to help you grow and progress in your career.
