About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team at Playground Games in Royal Leamington Spa.

Job Summary

The ideal candidate will be responsible for validating new game builds, testing new features, and ensuring all work meets the highest possible standard.

Key Responsibilities

  • Validate new game builds and identify potential issues before they reach the development team.
  • Test new features as they appear in the game, providing detailed feedback on functionality and usability.
  • Liaise with developers to ensure that you stay up-to-date with the current game design and functionality, sharing this information with the external test team.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience working in-house with a development team on current-gen consoles.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex technical issues clearly.
  • An eye for detail and a genuine passion for video games.

What You'll Bring Home

£35,000 - £45,000 per annum (dependent on experience), plus benefits including a hybrid work model with a minimum of 3 days per week in studio.
