Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement robust inspection management and lookahead processes to ensure 100% compliance with Statutory and Codal inspections.
  • Regularly review asset integrity and condition using defined management processes.
  • Support and uphold Process & Behavioural Safety Principles to ensure asset integrity.
  • Develop and review task risk assessments to ensure maintenance work is safe and follows best practice.
  • Manage preventative and predictive maintenance routines.
  • Use reactive and proactive reliability engineering techniques to improve site reliability.
  • Actively contribute to incident investigations, processes reviews, and management team discussions.

Requirements:

  • Full understanding and implementation of relevant mechanical legal requirements and engineering standards/processes.
  • Fulfil relevant appointed roles (e.g., for guard inspections).
  • Maintain working knowledge of all plant equipment and changes in technology.
  • Attend daily production and maintenance meetings to maintain day-to-day understanding of plant issues.
