At DiverseJobsMatter, we are seeking a skilled Fundraising Strategist to provide key support for our marketing and fundraising activities.

The role offers opportunities to explore innovative ways to increase income, contribute to fundraising projects, and participate in annual planning.

You will be responsible for maintaining the integrity of our supporter database and effectively monitoring campaign performance.

You will also need to be comfortable liaising with external suppliers and internal stakeholders, as well as overseeing relationships with donors or volunteers.

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Proven experience working in a fundraising environment
  • A strong understanding of relationship management techniques
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously

In addition, you should possess:

  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills, with the ability to write compelling reports and creative briefs
  • A good understanding of financial data analysis
  • The ability to work under pressure and manage a varied workload

The estimated salary for this position is $75,000 - $90,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
