**Key Responsibilities**

As a Community Care Worker, your duties will include:

• Offering companionship and emotional support
• Assisting with personal care, mobility, and nutritional needs
• Helping administer medications and following individual care plans
• Encouraging rehabilitation and social activities to enhance well-being

**Requirements**

To be successful in this role, you must:

• Be 18+ years old and have the right to work in the UK
• Hold a Full UK Driving License (preferred)
• Have a good standard of English and effective communication skills
• Pass an enhanced DBS check (which we will help you apply for and cover the cost)
