Job Title: Care Assistant - Community Based

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Assistant to join our team in the North Shields area. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our clients, enabling them to live independently and maintain their dignity.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide personal care and support to clients, including bathing, dressing, and toileting
  • Assist clients with daily living tasks, such as meal preparation and medication management

Requirements:
  • Previous experience in care and support work, preferably in a community-based setting

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends
