Job Summary

We are seeking an IT Service Desk Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for providing first-line support for all IT issues, working closely with our business stakeholders to ensure seamless IT operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide timely and effective support for IT incidents and service requests, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
  • Collaborate with our business teams to understand their IT needs and provide solutions that meet their requirements.
  • Work closely with our 2nd and 3rd line support teams to resolve complex IT issues and ensure seamless escalation.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of our IT systems and processes to provide expert support.
  • Participate in on-call rotations to provide 24/7 support for critical IT issues.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in IT support, with a strong understanding of Microsoft Office 365 and PC troubleshooting.
  • Previous experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of providing excellent customer service.
  • A full clean UK driver's license and own vehicle.
