About the Role

This part-time position involves working as a Chef/Cook in a dynamic kitchen environment, catering to various clients across the UK. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing production, minimizing food waste, and supporting new colleagues with their learning procedures.

The successful candidate will have relevant culinary qualifications or experience, excellent communication skills, and flexibility to adapt to changing situations. Security checks and DBS clearance are mandatory for this role, so candidates must be 18+ years old.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing production and food levels to minimize wastage
  • Supporting new team members with learning procedures and standards
  • Cooking and preparing food for breakfast, lunch, and dinner services
  • Providing fine dining for functions and hospitality events
  • Maintaining kitchen records, monitoring temperatures, and completing daily paperwork
