Our partner, an established manufacturer of high-performance alloy components for critical applications, is seeking a talented Product Engineer to contribute to the development of technically complex components.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the design and development of high-performance alloy components, ensuring alignment with customer specifications and operational requirements, and conducting necessary simulations and analyses to optimize product performance.
- Serve as the primary technical liaison with key account customers, managing communications, addressing technical inquiries, and ensuring that customer expectations are effectively translated into engineering solutions.
- Collaborate closely with process engineers to ensure product designs are manufacturable, cost-effective, and meet quality standards, facilitating smooth transitions from design to production.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, from initial concept through to production release, ensuring that all project milestones are achieved on time and within budget constraints.
- Ensure that all products meet or exceed industry standards, regulatory requirements, and customer specifications, working in close coordination with the quality assurance team to resolve any issues related to product quality and compliance.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities for product enhancements based on customer feedback, production data, and advancements in materials science and manufacturing technologies.
- Maintain comprehensive engineering documentation, including design specifications, technical reports, and communication records, while providing regular updates to management and customers on project status and developments.

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Materials Science, or a related STEM field.
