We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team at Reed Wolverhampton. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

The ideal candidate will have experience in the hire/service sector, with a strong background in customer service and sales. They will be able to work effectively in a team environment, with excellent communication and organizational skills.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Handling customer enquiries and building strong relationships
  • Processing parts orders and managing customer accounts
  • Coordinating deliveries and general administration tasks
  • Engaging with existing and lapsed customers to promote service packages and warranties

The successful candidate will have a positive attitude, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. They will also have a good working knowledge of Microsoft packages, including Excel.
