We are seeking a creative and friendly Store Manager to join our dynamic team in London. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in working closely with food and coffee, engaging with customers, and leading a team to deliver exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Direct and assist staff to achieve the highest level of service.
  • Address and resolve customer concerns and complaints promptly.
