We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Shift Leader to join our team at One Stop. As a Shift Leader, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our stores, providing exceptional customer service, and leading a team of colleagues to deliver outstanding results.

• Coordinate the team to deliver excellent customer service and achieve sales targets.
• Manage store operations, including opening and closing procedures, stock replenishment, and cash handling.
• Provide coaching and guidance to colleagues to improve their performance and skills.
• Monitor and maintain store standards, including cleanliness, safety, and security.
• Identify and resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Work closely with the Store Manager to achieve business objectives and implement company policies.
• Develop and maintain relationships with colleagues, customers, and external partners to promote a positive and inclusive store environment.
• Stay up-to-date with company policies, procedures, and initiatives to ensure compliance and best practice.

• Proven experience in a retail or customer-facing role, with a strong track record of delivering results and improving customer satisfaction.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues, customers, and external partners.
• Strong leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team of colleagues.
• Ability to work flexibly, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
• Basic knowledge of retail operations, including stock management, cash handling, and customer service.
