About the Job

This role will involve assisting the Site Manager with daily site operations and subcontractor management. The successful candidate will also be responsible for managing and maintaining site documentation, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.

Key Accountabilities
  1. Manage and maintain accurate site documentation, including:
  2. Site inductions
  3. Vehicle entrance logs
  4. Material delivery schedules for site teams and subcontractors
  5. Scanning and sending delivery tickets
  6. Material storage inventory for sites and offices
  7. Updating material delivery schedules for companies
  8. Updating fire and emergency equipment registers
  9. Managing SnagR administration
  10. Organising site labour and managing bookings and chasing deliveries for site teams, subcontractors, and M&E departments
  11. Updating and managing logistics plans and storage areas for multiple construction zones
