Digital Operations Change Problem Manager

The Northern Care Alliance NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a skilled Digital Operations Change Problem Manager to join their team. As a key member of the Digital Operations team, you will be responsible for providing specialist change and problem management support to NCA colleagues.
The successful candidate will have overall responsibility for the development, implementation, and delivery of ITIL Change and Problem processes, ensuring compliance with ISO Standards. You will also be involved in project work, providing specialist input and working as a technical resource.
Main Responsibilities
- Coordinate the review and implementation of all changes to live services via a Change Advisory Board (CAB), ensuring proper Risk Assessment, Impact Assessments, and Test plans are performed.
- Lead the adoption and delivery of the Change and Problem Management processes, based on ITIL Service Support principles, through effective coordination of change planning and implementation, problem resolution, and liaison with senior stakeholders.
- Aid strategic planning of the Digital infrastructure within specialized areas to ensure it remains in support and fit for purpose.
- Manage and deliver projects for both internal infrastructure upgrades and decommissions, as well as new services to end users.
- Be the point of reference for all staff within Digital and Informatics, leading and aiding the investigation and diagnosis of complex IT issues, providing feedback to managers and third parties where required.

Requirements
- Able to identify and resolve complex issues, changes, and problems across a broad range of IT solutions to an advanced level.
- Significant experience in problem and incident management.
