We are seeking a highly skilled Workpack Coordinator to join our Centralised TAR Team at INEOS Grangemouth. As a mechanical expert, you will provide engineering input and expertise to ensure the shutdown is delivered safely and on time.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare construction engineering input and expertise to ensure the shutdown is delivered safely and on time.
- Accountable for the preparation, quality, and delivery of all information required for their allocated TAR workpacks within the agreed milestones.
- Prepare job sketches, bills of material, and other necessary documents to support the TAR process.
- Ensure all inspection and operations requirements are incorporated into the workpacks.
- Prepare SIP requests and other necessary documents to support the TAR process.
- Identify any long lead or special items to the appropriate TAR discipline engineer for approval.
- Develop construction methodologies and schedules to deliver the TAR scope within the system windows.
- Communicate and agree these plans with the appointed TAR contractors through to execution.
We are looking for a candidate with trade qualifications or equivalent in a Mechanical discipline, relevant TAR/Shutdown experience, and experience in Construction Supervision. You should also be able to interpret P&IDs, process flow diagrams, bill of materials, GA's, and isometrics.
Additionally, you should have experience working within multi-disciplined engineering teams, be able to communicate effectively at all levels, and have experience using MS Office applications, especially Excel.
