At TQR, we are seeking an experienced Senior Maintenance Technician to join our team at our site on the outskirts of Plymouth.
The successful candidate will report to the Facilities and Maintenance Manager and provide maintenance, process improvement, installation, and commissioning support primarily to production, but also to facilities, manufacturing engineering, and other departments on site.
Main Responsibilities:
- Provide maintenance support to production, facilities, manufacturing engineering, and other departments
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and productivity
- Assist with installation and commissioning of new equipment and systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve maintenance-related issues
Requirements:
- Experience in maintenance and process improvement in a manufacturing environment
- Strong technical skills and knowledge of maintenance practices
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
