About the JobThis exciting opportunity requires a caring and enthusiastic individual who can provide daily support to a group of six individuals with complex needs. As a Support Worker, you will be responsible for assisting with personal care tasks, preparing meals, and ensuring the overall well-being of our service users.
With a strong focus on flexibility and patience, you will be required to work a variety of shifts, including overnight and weekend duties. In return, we offer a competitive salary of £23,000 - £26,000 per annum, plus a generous benefits package, including 30 days' paid holiday and opportunities for professional growth.
