Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a variety of mixed-use projects, collaborating with contractors, developers, and stakeholders to deliver physical development and regeneration schemes on time and within budget.
  • Identify development opportunities, confidently negotiate, and work proactively with developers, investors, and stakeholders to deliver schemes at pace and to a high standard.
  • Have a proven track record of managing large-scale projects through the development process, appointing and managing professional teams, identifying and mitigating risks, and overseeing programme and budget management.
