We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual to join our team as a Blood Donation Support Assistant. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our Donor Centres and community locations.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing exceptional customer service to donors, answering their queries, and addressing any concerns they may have
  • Setting up and preparing for blood donation sessions, including handling medical equipment and supplies
  • Maintaining accurate records of donor sessions and other relevant data

Requirements for the role include:

  • A good standard of numeracy and literacy
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team

We offer a competitive salary of around £22,500 per annum, plus ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and career prospects. Our comprehensive benefits package includes a pension scheme and annual leave entitlement.
