Job Title: Senior Project Manager

Collabera Digital is seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager to lead and coordinate the deployment of projects related to corporate change initiatives. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing multiple projects under pressure, setting priorities, and ensuring the smooth release of new features and updates.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and coordinate release deployment plans, ensuring alignment with change policies and process standards.
  • Facilitate meetings to communicate deployment plans, provide status updates, and review releases.
  • Gather and provide guidance on the latest change policies and process standards.
  • Support projects involving corporate change, collaborating with different business units and senior leadership.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant technology or engineering field.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Project, Visio), ITSM Remedy, JIRA, Cutover, Tableau, and MicroStrategy.
  • Strong ability to work under pressure, manage multiple projects, and set appropriate priorities.
  • Proactive, enthusiastic, flexible, and results-driven with a keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey ideas, concerns, and reports to various levels of management.
