Role Summary:
We are looking for a highly skilled Cost Administrator to join our client's team in Redcar, Teesside. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing cost control systems and procedures, assisting with project planning and budgeting, and providing administrative support to the accounts department.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain cost control systems and procedures.
  • Assist in the preparation and review of cost estimates and schedules of projects.
  • Assist with forecasting and cash flow analysis.
  • Develop cost plans and estimates.
  • Review contractor and subcontractor pricing.
  • Collate commercial and cost reporting on a weekly/monthly basis.

Requirements:
  • Experience with IFS and Maximo systems.
  • Excellent knowledge of Excel packages.
  • Ability to deal with clients in a professional manner.
  • Good organisational skills.

Salary: The estimated salary for this role is around £25,000 - £30,000 per annum depending on experience.
