Kent Community Foundation Opportunity:

With an estimated salary of £75,000 - £100,000 per annum, this is an exciting opportunity to lead a grant-making organisation that has been finding, funding, and supporting small charities and community groups for over two decades.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of leadership and relationship-building skills, with experience in major donor fundraising, business development, or driving sales growth. You will collaborate with the Board of Trustees to deliver Kent Community Foundation's long-term strategy, budget, and business plan.

Key responsibilities will include building strong relationships with donors, funders, and stakeholders, monitoring key indicators including financial health, and representing Kent Community Foundation at external events to enhance its reputation.
