Omega Resource Group is seeking a Manufacturing Assembly Engineer to join our team of professionals. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled individual to work in a challenging project environment and contribute to the success of our clients.

The ideal candidate will have experience working in a highly productive assembly environment and possess excellent understanding of tooling and assembly processes. They will also be able to read and understand engineering drawings, specifications, and requirements.

We offer a competitive compensation package, including a salary range of £40,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additionally, our benefits include 25 days holiday plus Bank Holidays, private medical insurance, and a passionate, fast-paced culture with opportunities for growth and development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Travel to customer sites both nationally and globally for installation and maintenance.
  • Deliver mechanical sub-assemblies and full machine assemblies to a consistently high standard.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Experience working in a highly productive assembly environment.
  • Excellent understanding of tooling and assembly processes.
  • Able to read and understand engineering drawings, specifications, and requirements.

Nice to Have's:

  • Forklift licence up to 3.5 ton.
  • Experience of inspection and quality control.
  • Experience of stock/inventory management.
