Electrical Assembly Technician

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Assembly Technician to join our client's team in Gosport, Hampshire. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing electrical and mechanical assembly tasks, including wiring, soldering, and crimping activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform electrical and mechanical assembly tasks
  • Engage in wiring, soldering, and crimping activities
  • Utilise sealants, adhesives, and potting compounds
  • Maintain job cards and ensure material traceability during build activities
Requirements:
  • Experience in building electrical and mechanical assemblies, ideally within the aviation industry
  • Ability to read and interpret drawings, wiring diagrams, and schematics
  • Competence in wiring, soldering, and crimping
  • Basic understanding of electronic circuits and wiring standards
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Preferably IPC Certified to J-STD-001
