We are representing an international charity seeking a skilled HR Business Partner on a 12-month contract, with potential for permanence. This is a full-time role requiring 35 hours of work per week, offering £55,000 in salary and a hybrid work arrangement.

This position involves providing a broad range of HR services to UK operational staff, ensuring alignment with the company's global strategy. You will partner with managers to develop structures and strategies supporting them in people matters, advise on end-to-end recruitment campaigns, and handle employee relations casework.

The ideal candidate has strong previous experience in generalist HR operations, including project work and handling ER casework. They should be comfortable dealing with HR administration and possess the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed in this role.
