Job Title: Account Solution Architect

At Barclays, we're seeking a highly skilled Account Solution Architect to spearhead the evolution of our digital landscape. As a key member of our team, you'll drive innovation and excellence by harnessing cutting-edge technology to revolutionize our digital offerings.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and implement solutions to complex business problems, collaborating with stakeholders to understand their needs and requirements.
  • Design and implement solutions that meet business requirements, balancing technology risks against business delivery, and driving consistency.
  • Identify and implement technologies and platforms that meet business needs, ensuring solutions are scalable and maintainable.
  • Engage in complex analysis of data from multiple sources, internal and external, to inform solution design and implementation.
  • Take ownership of managing risk and strengthening controls in relation to the work done.
Requirements:
  • Experience of shaping and defining solutions across disparate technologies.
  • Broad knowledge of technologies and architecture paradigms.
  • Experience of working in Agile environment.
  • Job-specific technical skills, including experience in financial services (Banking/Cards/Loans), TOGAF/AWS, Azure/GCP, and identifying Threat Vectors across the cloud environment.
