Curriculum Development Specialist:

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated professional to join our team as a Curriculum Development Specialist. As part of the New Futures programme, you will be responsible for designing and delivering a comprehensive curriculum for young people at risk of becoming NEET. Key responsibilities include developing curriculum content, managing referrals and transitions, and undertaking pedagogic work in both classroom and community settings. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our students and contribute to shaping the future of education in Wales.

Requirements:
- Relevant teaching qualification and degree
- Strong understanding of person-centred practice in Education
- Awareness of ALNET (Wales) Act 2018 and IDP process
