CNC Machinist Job Description

We are seeking an experienced CNC Machinist to join our team in Ludlow. The successful candidate will be responsible for machining a variety of metallic components using CNC lathes and mills.

Responsibilities
  • Machining high-precision metallic components
  • Operating and setting up CNC lathes and mills
  • Batch testing using micrometres, verniers, and other measuring devices
  • FOLLOWING detailed engineering drawings and instructions
  • Completing batch paperwork and reporting any issues to the Inspection team
Requirements
  • Experience of operating or setting up CNC lathes or mills in production environments
  • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
  • Skill in solving issues related to machining processes
  • Capacity to work to tight quality standards (ISO 9001/2015)
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain safe practices
