  • Ownership of the overall Financial Services Loyalty critical path, leading your own delivery workstreams and partnering with commercial, payments, and Sparks proposition leads.
  • Regular updates on Financial Services Loyalty, acting as a key delegate of the Senior Proposition Manager in senior partner sessions.
  • A blend of analytical and creative thinking, able to build hypotheses from market, customer, and performance insights to shape a compelling proposition.
  • Experience in loyalty, with knowledge of data-driven marketing and personalisation a plus.
  • Experience in delivering change and building a pathway through ambiguity.
