About the Role

The ideal candidate will have previous experience as a Clerk of Works, Site Inspector, or Quality Manager, with a strong understanding of residential new build projects. You will work closely with clients, contractors, and internal teams to deliver high-quality services and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and legislation.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Conduct site inspections to identify defects and snags, and report findings to clients and contractors.
  • Develop and implement quality management systems to ensure consistent delivery of services.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to resolve technical issues and provide expert advice.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritising tasks and meeting deadlines.
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience as a Clerk of Works, Site Inspector, Quality Manager, or warranty inspector.
  • A strong understanding of building industry practices, including knowledge of materials, trades, methods, and relevant regulations/legislation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and internal teams.
  • Technical proficiency in identifying defects, snags, and general construction quality from foundation through to final snagging.
