Senior Immigration Lawyer

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Solicitor to join our team at Ramis-Ark Global. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of immigration law and have experience in handling complex cases. This role requires the ability to work hands-on with clients, providing advocacy and advisory services.

In this challenging position, you will advise clients on all aspects of immigration law, including visa applications, asylum claims, appeals, and human rights cases.

• You will handle complex immigration matters, such as family reunion, deportation, detention, and judicial reviews.
• Conducting thorough legal research and staying updated with changes in immigration legislation and policies is crucial for this role.
• You will prepare and submit visa applications, appeals, and other legal documents to relevant authorities.

Representing clients at immigration tribunals, hearings, and court proceedings requires strong advocacy, negotiation, and communication skills.

The successful candidate will provide excellent client care and manage client expectations throughout the immigration process.

Requirements:

• Extensive experience in immigration law, including asylum and human rights matters is essential.
• A strong understanding of immigration rules, policies, and procedures is required.
• Able to commute or relocate to Barking, IG11 8FG with an employer-provided relocation package is preferred.
