Salary and Benefits

As a Trainee Hard Surface Restoration Specialist, you can expect a competitive salary of up to £25,500 + overtime opportunities. Additionally, we offer annual performance and pay reviews, as well as a salary package that may vary depending on location, experience, and transferable skills.

Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity to start a full-time, fully-employed career as a hard surface repair technician. You will receive specialist training in glass polishing, stone, brick, marble, plastic, metal, ceramic, and enamel repair and other hard surface restoration techniques.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • Practical skills and good hand-eye coordination
  • A keen eye for detail and colour recognition
  • A valid driving licence and willingness to travel throughout your region
  • Self-motivation and a self-starter attitude
  • A desire to learn new skills and take on challenges
  • Energetic and enthusiastic approach to work
  • Polytene, honest, and reliable work ethic

You will also require NVQ Level 2 qualification and a CSCS card recognised by the Construction Industry Training Board.
