We are excited to collaborate with a local authority in Southwark, assisting with the appointment of a highly skilled Dedicated Support Associate on a 3-month contract with potential for extension at the client's discretion.

For this opportunity, we offer a competitive hourly rate of £15.68, which is calculated based on the location and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Effective communication and response to incoming phone calls, emails, and correspondence.
  • Preparing professional documentation and drafting correspondence for internal and external officers.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records by updating IT systems and shared drive folders.
  • Promoting confidentiality and adhering to the Data Protection Act 2018 requirements.
  • Supporting the facilitation of interviews, meetings, and minute-taking where necessary.
  • Ensuring all tasks are completed within agreed timelines, accuracy standards, and presentation requirements.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 5 GCSEs grade A-C, including English and math, or equivalent qualifications.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Outlook, and Excel.
