Care Support Specialist

As a compassionate Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents. Working under the guidance of a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for the physical and emotional well-being of our residents, ensuring they receive the highest level of care possible.
Key Responsibilities- Assist residents with personal care activities such as washing, dressing, and meals
- Deliver care that is tailored to each resident's individual needs and preferences
- Work collaboratively with other colleagues to ensure the best possible outcomes for our residents
- A strong commitment to providing excellent care and support to our residents
- An ability to work effectively in a team environment
- A willingness to learn and develop new skills
- A competitive hourly rate (£9-£11 per hour) depending on experience and qualifications
- Paid Enhanced DBS/PVG
- Free uniform
- Meal breaks during shifts of 8 hours or more
