Dedicated Support Professional

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Support Professional to join our team in Darwen, where you will play a vital role in providing high-quality support to individuals with Learning Disabilities & Autism.
This challenging yet rewarding role involves building trust and familiarity with the people we support, ensuring their transition into new homes is seamless. As a Senior Support Worker, you will be involved in transitioning the people we support into their new home, which will involve consistent approaches, working as a team, and helping those we support to work towards positive outcomes.
To succeed in this role, you will need to get to know the individuals we support, contribute to the development of their person-centred plan, and always seek to meet the needs and wants of the individual. You will also need to complete all documentation as required, including updating plans and notes, while maintaining a friendly and professional approach even when managing complex and/or challenging behaviours.

Please note that to work as a Senior Support Worker for Blue Ribbon Health and Wellbeing, you must be at least 18 years old.

About the Role:
Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, plus Premium Overtime rates and Double time for Bank Holidays.
Job Description:
This role requires a passionate and empathetic individual who can provide high-quality support to individuals with Learning Disabilities & Autism. As a Senior Support Worker, you will be responsible for supporting individuals in their daily lives, promoting their independence, and empowering them to reach their full potential.
