Job Summary

**Role Overview**

The Pharmacy Manager will be responsible for ensuring the effective and efficient operation of the pharmacy to maximize dispensing and services, private services, OTC sales, and profitability. The role will also involve ensuring that all staff working within the pharmacy comply with statutory and/or professional obligations.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Provide clinical pharmacy services, including flu and Covid vaccination programs.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve pharmacy operations and services.
  • Lead and manage a team of pharmacists and support staff.
  • Monitor and analyze pharmacy performance metrics to inform business decisions.

**Requirements**

  • Qualified pharmacist registered with the Pharmaceutical Society of Northern Ireland.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of changes within the pharmacy industry.
  • Completion of any compulsory courses for delivery services.
  • Eligibility to work in the UK.
