Job Title: Registered Mental Health Nurse

We are seeking an experienced Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) or Registered Learning Disabilities Nurse (RNLD) to join our team at Appoint Healthcare. Our client is a leading national provider of health and social care services for young people and adults with mental health needs.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a four-bedded, low secure service for adult males and females with personality disorders, learning disabilities, or mental health issues based in Cardiff. As a qualified Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) or Registered Learning Disabilities Nurse (RNLD), you will ensure all patients receive high-quality care, while also supporting your colleagues and promoting positive teamwork.

Requirements:
  • A relevant nursing qualification (RMN or RNLD)
  • A valid NMC registration with no restrictions or referrals
  • Eligibility to live and work in the UK
  • A minimum of 6 months Mental Health experience as a nurse in the UK
  • Strong team-working skills
  • A high level of self-motivation and a flexible approach
  • A positive attitude and be naturally caring and compassionate
  • A commitment to high-quality care and to values and evidence-based practice
